Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available and is received in stock.
Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if tracking is available).
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer returns under the conditions below to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order

For collectible items (such as figures, posters, and other sealed collectibles), items must be unopened and in their original packaging and condition

Items marked as “Final Sale” and sale items are not eligible for returns
How to Request a Return

Return Approval: Once approved, we will send you return instructions, including where to ship the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
