Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
• For collectible items, such as figures or posters, packaging must be unopened and in its original condition
• Sale items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns

How to Return an Item

• Contact Us: Email our customer support team at vindora.mail@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
• Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund any items that arrived defective or were incorrectly sent.

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after you place your order.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once we receive the pre-order item in stock.
