Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- For collectible items, such as figures or posters, packaging must be unopened and in its original condition
- Sale items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns
How to Return an Item

- Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund any items that arrived defective or were incorrectly sent.
